All items are brand new and shipped from our warehouse here in Alabama. We have ship daily for fast shipment of merchandise right to your door! HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
To place an order simply use our easy shopping cart. Once you are ready to pay for your items you simply click the checkout button at bottom of shopping cart page. To view your total order plus freight charge please be sure and enter your zip code at the top of the checkout page to view how much freight charge wil be for your order. We do offer price breaks on most items. To receive the discount per item you must scroll down on the product page to the bulk lot area and purchase in whatever Case lot amount is listed (Ex: Case lot of Pack of 12. You must purchase in lots of 12 pieces only to receive the discount and you must go through the bulk lot add to shopping cart section)

- SHIPPING INFORMATION - -We do not allow local pick up on orders.-
All Orders will be shipped Fedex or USPS. Cast Iron and/or Large orders may be subject to additional S&H if Needed. We Ship within USA 48 continental states only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. As soon as your order is completed and Paid for it will be shipped.

Back Orders & Out of Stock Items
Our shopping cart system is not set up to notify of any items that may be out of stock at time of purchase.We ship all items ordered that are currently in stock at time order is placed and a refund is given for any item or items that are out of stock. If you would like to know if all your items are in stock before placing your order please either call in your order or call to confirm all pieces are in stock at time of shipment. If we receive no special handling instructions included with payment or a call to confirm quantity in stock on items ordered we will ship all current available pieces of an order.

We in no way guarantee any of the items that we sell.
Equine Horse Products: The equine sport can be a hazardous activity which may subject the participant to severe injury. Parker Sales Co Inc will not assume any libility for your activities. All items listed on our site are not guarnteed for any specific strenght or application. Responsibility to use any tack listed etc for riding training or grooming, or other merchandise is soley the users responsibility and descision.
- Return Policy-
Authorization for returns must be made via e-mail to us within 2 day of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise back in its original packaging and condition, with a note enclosed including your return authorization number. Freight charges for return will be the repsonsibility of the customer. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise and the freight is non refundable.
We do not accept returns on damaged products. All products damaged during shipping must have a claim filed with the shipping company by us and an a refund will be issued for the damaged pieces upon claim refund from the shipper company
We do not allow returns on products after they have been used or because of a size problem involving our horse tack pieces
